Term of Service

Welcome to FC Luxe Events. By engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service, designed to ensure a seamless and exceptional event experience.

1. Our Services

FC Luxe Events provides bespoke event planning, coordination, and management services as outlined in your personalized proposal, agreement, or invoice. Services outside the agreed scope are not included unless confirmed in writing.

2. Client Commitments

To maintain the highest standard of service, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and timely approvals

  • Communicate decisions within agreed timelines

  • Obtain required permits, licenses, and venue approvals unless otherwise arranged

  • Submit payments according to the agreed schedule

Delays in communication or approvals may impact planning timelines or vendor availability.

3. Investment & Payments

  • A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to secure your event date.

  • The remaining balance is due one week before the event day.

  • Late payments may result in paused services or cancellation.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Cancellations

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

  • Retainers are non-refundable.

  • Additional fees may apply based on services rendered and vendor commitments.

5. Vendor Partnerships

FC Luxe Events may recommend trusted vendors; however:

  • All vendor contracts are directly between the client and the vendor

  • FC Luxe Events is not responsible for vendor performance, delays, or non-fulfillment

6. Event Changes

Any changes to the event scope, date, location, or design may result in additional fees and must be approved in writing.

7. Force Majeure

FC Luxe Events is not liable for delays or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, government restrictions, or emergencies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FC Luxe Events’ total liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Marketing & Media

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients grant FC Luxe Events permission to feature event imagery or footage for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.
